On July 12, 2006, we completed an offering of 22,500,000 units, each unit consisting of one share of our common stock and one warrant to acquire one share of our common stock. The units were issued at $8.00 per unit. In connection with the offering, our shares and warrants were listed on the Alternative Investment Market ("AIM") of the London Stock Exchange plc under the ticker symbols "VAC" and "VACW", respectively. Our shares and warrants ceased trading on AIM on July 14, 2008.
